Adriana Carvalho

Adriana has 25 years of experience in diversity & inclusion, supply chain and business management positions and is passionate about building a better world. Her most recently position was Latin America Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility leader at EY.

From 2014 to 2020, she worked at UN Women Brazil first managing the Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs) platform, overseeing, building and enduring the relationship with 400 private and public signatory companies and several associations, governments and institutions committed to gender equality in Brazil.

Later, she had led Win-Win: gender equality means good business, joint-program between UN Women, International Labor Organization and the European Union, in LatAm. Adriana has also worked at Dow Brazil and Latin America, with various leadership roles. She has a BA in Economics and a master’s in Business Administration.
