Magdalena Fernandez

Magdalena Fernandez Lemos is the Operations Director in Generation Chile. She has more than ten years’ experience working for nonprofits and articulating with public and private sector. She is the former Enseña por Argentina’s CEO.
She specializes in leadership, gender and education and has experience teaching and advising public and private institutions with children, youth, and adults. She studied gender policies in Latin America and worked with young, judicialized mothers and enterprising women.

Magdalena has a degree in Political Science and Government (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella), is a Secondary and Higher Education Teacher (Universidad Austral), has a postgraduate degree in Management (University of CEMA) and a master’s degree in Education (Universidad de San Andrés).
