On this 4 week programme, you’ll learn everything you need to become a top-performing front of house employee in a high street restaurant at Gatwick airport — including how to deliver an outstanding customer experience, effectively take orders, manage a dining room, serve food and boost sales! And what’s more, there’s no experience required.

Selection Process

  • 1 Register your interest by clicking 'Apply Now'
  • 2 Come to one of our taster sessions (we'll email you the details)
  • 3 Complete an online test
  • 4 Come and meet us face-to-face (with a short english and maths test)
  • 5 Complete a criminal record and background check

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Requirements

  • Aged 18-29
  • Not currently in education, training, or stable employment, or at risk of unemployment
  • Available for 4 weeks from 1st July and available to start a full-time job straight afterwards
  • Able to travel to Gatwick each day
  • Passionate about a food and beverage career
