The AI Generalist:
AI at Work

Course Description

The AI Generalist: AI at Work is a fully online, self-paced course, with a total duration of 8–11 hours, depending on the selected activities. It is a practical, hands-on learning experience designed to help you confidently use AI tools across common workplace tasks, such as writing emails, generating ideas, and creating social media content.

Through real-world activities and guided practice, you will learn how to identify where AI can add value, choose the right tool for each task, and evaluate AI-generated outputs effectively. You will also develop the mindset and frameworks needed to use AI thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to ethics, data privacy, and quality.

Program Components

Microlearning
Short learning sessions (25–30 minutes in Units 1 and 2), including video and audio materials, designed to help you absorb content easily and fit learning into a busy schedule.

Mini-Missions Approach
Task-oriented learning where you create practical workplace outputs and receive feedback. Each activity follows a Learn–Create–Feedback cycle, helping you apply knowledge immediately and build confidence in using AI for real tasks.

Real-time feedback
An AI assistant (“Geny”) provides guided feedback after each Mini-Mission, helping you improve how you interact with AI and refine your task outputs.

Responsible AI Use
The program integrates key principles of responsible AI use, including privacy, bias and fairness, transparency, legal considerations, and risk awareness.
