Anouk Manassen

Global Director of Program Delivery Support

Anouk has been with Generation since 2019 in various roles, and in her current position as Global Director of Program Delivery Support she sets the vision and goals for program implementation and support network-wide. She leads the programmatic support and guidance to country teams, and directs the people and resources that support high quality delivery of the organization's methodology. Prior to Generation, Anouk worked for the UN Migration Organization (IOM) and for employment nonprofit Education to Employment.

Anouk has a BA from Amsterdam University College and a MSc in Migration Studies from Utrecht University. Anouk is also a certified Life & Health Coach, and she sits on the Board of Amsterdam University College's International Advisory Board.
