Generation is launching its 2025 Annual Impact Report.

As Generation enters our second decade in a world experiencing profound changes, we are meeting this moment with urgency and innovation.

Our 2025 Annual Impact Report demonstrates how we are continuing to create change that lasts, across 155,000 graduates in 17 countries to date who together have earned more than $2.5 billion in life-changing salaries. 

Our graduates are bettering their best, and thriving in their careers after graduating from our programs:

• 90 percent of Generation’s learners are unemployed when they join. Within six months of completing the program, 83 percent are in jobs.
• 76 percent of alumni remain employed two to five years post-graduation, with 73 percent earning a living wage or above. 
• 40 percent of alumni are paying for children’s education in their households.
