Generation Europe Impact Report 2024-2025
In celebration of Europe Day, we’re delighted to launch our Generation Europe Impact Report 2024–2025, dedicated to the power of partnerships and collaboration in creating sustainable career pathways across Europe.
In Europe, since our first programme in Spain in 2015, Generation has worked hand in hand with public institutions, employers, funders, training providers, and pan-European initiatives to tackle the challenges of unemployment and skills mismatches. This report highlights how such collaborations have enabled us to support nearly 20,000 graduates into life-changing employment across France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
Together, we’ve achieved results that last:
- 86% of alumni are in paid work 2–5 years after graduation
- 86% can meet their daily financial needs
- 61% are able to save money
- 86% feel confident in their ability to achieve professional goals
The report features impact stories from across the region and examples of how cross-sector collaboration is helping us grow reach, relevance, and results – whether through curriculum co-design, learner mobilisation, job placements, or advocacy at the EU level.
