Back in France, Fatène joined Generation France in 2020 as Director of Development and Partnerships. Her ten years of experience in the social economy sector gave her a solid foundation to meet the challenges of employment and integration of vulnerable people. Today, Fatène is taking on the challenges as CEO of Generation France to « help people take their professional destiny into their own hands. »
