Kat Kelley

Head of United States Programming

Katherine Kelley is the Head of U.S. Programs and is based in Washington, D.C. Kat has been with Generation since 2018 in various roles and she currently leads programming in the United States. Prior to Generation, Kat worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company’s public and social sector practices. Kat started her career teaching secondary school in Washington, D.C. through Teach for America and in Seoul, South Korea.

Kat has a B.A. from Duke University, a Masters in Teaching from American University, and a MBA & M.Ed (Innovation in Education Reform) from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and Curry School of Education.
