Turning Interest Into Action

Alessandro, 32, lives in the province of Bari and holds a diploma as an electrical technician. After starting, but not completing a university degree, he was looking for a clear path forward.

He had long been interested in renewable energy and wanted to build a career in the sector. Through his network, he discovered Generation Italy’s Photovoltaic Panel Technician course.

“When I found this course, I immediately thought it was an opportunity to make the most of my background as an electrical technician, to build my skills, and to find my path in the energy transition sector, which I have always been passion ate about.”

Training With Commitment

Alessandro fully committed to the program, attending both remote lessons and in-person workshops in Naples. Twice a week, he traveled from Puglia to Campania for the hands-on sessions.

He graduated in July and immediately entered the placement phase.

A Sustainable Career

In early September, Generation helped him secure an interview with Novaenergy. After a successful process and trial week, he received a job offer as a Photovoltaic Installer.

Alessandro is now starting his career in the renewable energy sector, the field he set out to enter.
