With three sessions to choose from: AI Generalist, Digital Marketing, and Digital Customer Success, you can tailor the skills you will learn to your day-to-day needs.

In the AI Generalist session, you’ll cover the advantages and possibilities of generative AI, as well as watch-outs and considerations to protect yourself and your business from its pitfalls. You’ll apply your learnings to authentic practice opportunities – complete with feedback – that you can immediately apply to your business’s bottom line.

Generation’s Digital Marketer AI session gives you essential AI skills across key elements of the digital marketing industry, including content creation, email marketing, SEO, and social media

The Generation’s Digital Customer Success (DCS) AI session prepares you to use AI as a productivity partner in your work focused on customer interactions. You’ll learn how to leverage multiple AI tools to handle routine inquiries and technical tasks more efficiently, while mastering the critical thinking skills to know exactly when a human touch is required for building rapport and empathy.
